Critical Power Redundancy
Our facilities are equipped with full power redundancy, including UPS systems and backup generators, ensuring uninterrupted service 24/7—even during outages.

All critical systems—including servers, phone switches, and network appliances—are supported by dual uninterruptible power supply (UPS) sources, ensuring constant uptime. The facility also houses two 150 kW generators for extended power backup during outages.
To further reinforce reliability, both power and phone lines at our 100-acre corporate park location are installed underground, minimizing exposure to weather or physical damage.
We maintain multiple high-speed, dedicated internet lines, as well as two off-site backup locations, including a geographically diverse facility in the Midwest, for disaster recovery and continuity planning.
Our facility is built with full communication redundancy:
Multiple PRI/T1 lines provide failover capability—if one line goes down, calls are seamlessly transferred to backup lines.
Telephone services are delivered through two separate providers, minimizing single-point failure risk.
We maintain two independent internet connections, managed by a SonicWall router that constantly monitors the primary feed. If a disruption occurs, traffic is automatically rerouted to the secondary provider for uninterrupted connectivity.
